Several later clamps can be seen holding the blocks of this small section of the temple in place.

Notes

The irregular sized blocks employed in the construction of the entablature of the Temple of Vespasian can be seen in this image. The metal clamps are later and hold in place damaged elements. The way in which the entablature is supported on the centre of the capitals and not their delicate edges which project out beyond it.
