Description
The voussoirs of this arch are shaped with the point chisel, used quite lightly, and then sections of them gone over with a tooth chisel.

Tooth chisel marks are visible on those flat surfaces of the voussoirs which were not intended for further ornamentation.

The way in which the different fasciae on the voussoirs do not quite line up across blocks indicates that the point and tooth chiselling noted above was completed before they were inserted into the building.
