Description
Vestiges of roughing-out can be seen along the very bottom of the relief and above the emperor's billowing drapery, two areas not visible from the ground.

Notes

Like other panels on the Sebasteion this one is carved from a single block of stone. This means that the carver could have completed this work on the ground before the panel was inserted into the monument, though there is no way of telling for sure whether this is what happened.
