This sarcophagus has been roughed-out with a typical garland format using the point chisel.

Notes

This roughed-out sarcophagus was incorporated at some later date in an early heroon located in the centre of the city adjacent to the Bouleuterion and just in front of the area later occupied by the Sculptor's Workshop.
