Description
The channelling tool was used to undercut the horses heads from the background which creates a stronger contrast for the figure.

Notes

The importance of the border between spirals in the laying out of the figurative scenes is again apparent in this detail. The man's head and his spear stop exactly at the line of the border, even though they look a little crammed in.
